This notice covers the Rider Desk marketing website operated by Planet01. It is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for advice from your own counsel.
What we collect on this website
If you request a demo or portal access, we store the details you submit: name, restaurant, email, phone, branch count, and your message. We use that information to reply and to prepare a conversation about Rider Desk.
We do not ask you to send POS passwords, customer lists, or payment card data through these forms.
Server logs may include standard technical data such as browser type and the page you requested. That data is used to keep the site reliable.
How long we keep it, and who to contact
Demo requests are kept so the Planet01 team can follow up and keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete a marketing enquiry by emailing info@planet01.net.
Customer delivery data inside a live Rider Desk deployment is governed by the agreement for that implementation, not by this marketing notice.
